Single-particle sprectral properties and Fermi surface near a stripe quantum critical point
In the vicinity of a quantum critical point for a stripe instability the
electrons are coupled to charge and spin fluctuations characterized by a
wavevector incommensurated with the lattice. As a consequence spectral weight
is transferred from the quasi-particle peak to shadow resonances. The results
of a perturbative analysis are compared with recent experiments on the
single-particle spectra and the Fermi surface in high-Tc superconductors.
